2. MiningAssets accepts no liability for the information provided, or for any losses or damages incurred due to actions taken based on the information, and recommends those using the site conduct their own due diligence.

The following Terms and Conditions apply when listing assets on the MiningAssets web site:

1. MiningAssets reserves the right to:
· edit submissions,
· decline listing of any submission,
· delete any submission once listed,
· use some or all information for promotion purposes.

2. Although reasonable effort will be made to verify asset information used, MiningAssets accepts no responsibility as to the accuracy of the information.

3. All information should comply will all relevant State and Commonwealth laws governing false or misleading advertising including the Federal Trade Practices Act and the W.A.Trade Description and False Advertisements Act. Legal advice should be sought in cases of doubt.

4. MiningAssets accepts no liability for any loss that may arise from the partial or total omission of a listing or from any delay, error or other fault.

5. MiningAssets only agrees to the inclusion of a listing on the basis that the Lister accepts full responsibility for all legal aspects of the material in the listing and indemnifies MiningAssets against any claim and related costs made against miningassets in connection with the material.

6. It is the responsibility of the Lister to keep contact information current by advising MiningAssets of any changes. Asset listings for which email addresses fail will be deleted from the site.

7. It is the responsibility of the Lister to notify MiningAssets as soon as commercial transactions involving their assets commence so that listing information can be amended.
